2) Dhanurasana ( The Bow Pose )

  • Dhanurasana the bow pose is considered to be one of the best poses in all yoga.
  • It helps to keep an individual in the great shape.
  • It restores flexibility to the spine
  • Regular practice will relieve lower back pain And release tension and strain In the upper back and neck area.

8) Kapalbhati ( Rapid Exhalation )
